Accessible vehicle needed in Perth Australia

Here's a challenge. If we could solve this then the value of the internet and the case for a world-wide community of conductive education is proven. Lightnur is the mother of 5 children, one of a whom, a daughter has cerebral palsy, who lives in Perth, where she accesses conductive education. The essence of 'care' is the relationship between the person cared for and the carer. The terms need to be used with a strong note of caution.
